Maintenance of the accounts, bookkeeping and prepare various accounting reports.
Compute taxes, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements
Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts (daybook, ledgers, vouchers…)
Calculate and prepare the staff monthly salaries and taxes (TDS, VAT calculation…)
Interact with internal and external auditors in completing yearly financial audits
Record all accounting entries in our custom built accounting software
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in BBS/BBA/B.Com
Knowledge of basic accounting
Knowledge of taxes and tax calculation and payment such as VAT, TDS, Income Tax, etc.
Knowledge of account entries on daybook, ledgers, vouchers
Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications
Excellent Nepali and English Typing skill
1-2 year work experience in accounting
Two wheelers license is a benefit
