Accountability Specialist
Key responsibilies: Under the supervision of the Emergency Response Coordinator and close coordinaon and guidance from the Partnerships Specialist and Compliance and Sub Grants Manager, the Accountability Specialist supports the CARE Nepal's emergency team in their efforts to strengthen the quality and accountability of CARE's emergency response. S/he will be responsible for ensuring that accountability systems are in place. S/he will ensure accountability towards beneficiaries; local government and partners are in line with donor compliance
Preferred Qualificaons and Experience: Masters degree in management, social research, development studies or a related field with 5 years relevant experience in developing and maintaining accountability and learning acvies. Experience of working in Emergency Response is desirable.
