Job Description

  • Checking vouchers and report any discrepancies
  • Review Accounting Reports and Reconciliations
  • Ledger Scrutiny
  • Finalization of Periodical Accounts and Review MIS
  • Prepare Financial Statements
  • Prepare Projected Financial Statements
  • Preparing management reports as required
  • Analyzing and reporting of customer and vendor aging
  • Preparing plan for monthly cash flow
  • Comparing of sales, production, inventory, etc. to targets and standards
  • Conducting ratio analysis of various Balance Sheets and Income Statements
  • Carrying out of appraisals of other employees in sincere and honest manner
  • Any additional work given by seniors as and when required

Job Specification

  • CA Semi Qualified
  • At least two years of experience in the account or finance or audit department of a service sector company
  • Should have experience in data entry and producing reports through accounting software
  • Should be able to use various accounting software
  • Should have good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Should have good knowledge of Income tax, TDS, VAT, banking transaction
  • Fluent in both English and Nepali
  • Should be good in Nepali as well as English typing
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, Internet, Email
  • Should be able to work under pressure
  • Should have experience of working with team
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Should have mathematical and calculations skills
