Job Description

Maintain petty cash as per account guidelines.
Input purchase entries in Tally and DMS on the basis of Proforma invoice and packing list.
Check the payment status of the dealers.
Assist in the dispatch of the available parts quickly.
Prepare and maintain stock report.
Prepare daily sales reports.

Job Specification

At least 2 years of working experience in Spare Parts field or Automotive Industry would be added advantage.
Candidates with working experience as Automotive Technician an added advantage
Computer literate with proficiency in MS office applications: MS word / MS excel
